Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga
The traditional yoga style is often called ‘meditation in motion’. In a regular practice, a set sequence of asanas is practiced and we work on harmonizing breath and movement.
In guided classes, we practise asanas from the first series of Ashtanga yoga.
