अथ योगानुशासनम्॥१॥
aus Yoga Sutra von Patanjali, Kapitel 1 Vers 1
atha yogānuśāsanam – Now, Yoga.

Ahoj, Amelie here! 👐🏻
I started dancing when I was just able to walk. Dance, and classical ballet in particular, accompanied and shaped me for many years. My body has stored this experience deeply; and so has my mind.
Other things played an important role during the years of study and the first years of my career. I was absorbed in realizing myself. Guided by meritocracy, my own beliefs and a passion for art and joy, I lived my life in search of answers.
… and then came yoga.
First came decisions that focused on my inner and outer well-being. Then I found myself in the yoga studio more and more regularly.
What had always been there before became a supportive railing and finally a way of life.
How I teach Yoga
Breath, alignment, meditation point—bring focus, calm, and inner stability to you on the mat and in life. Yoga is a wonderfully rich path to self-discovery. Rooted in traditional principles of the eightfold path Amelie sees practitioners towards loving kindness. Amelie guides you with clarity, patience, and an eye for detail.
She is dedicated to support you in understanding the foundation of asana practice and in developing a stable practice step by step. Amelie sees herself as a guide on the journey to self discovery through regular practice, encouraging self study for everybody.
Together we will be working on making your body and nervous system feel safe.
Arrive in the now with loving awareness. Explore and find acceptance of what is, concerning the body, life and the world. As a committed yoga practitioner Amelie remains a student and cherishes all opportunities to learn, seeking wisdom in it all.
Be here now – to say it with Ram Dass‘ words.
Imagine peace. – yoko ono
